Our third-party payroll provider was not fit for purpose for our Australian business. We were managing this with a large amount of manual intervention and additional pressure on our Australian team. We are now in the starting phases of implementing a new system with a new vendor. Our first meeting was originally to discuss process mapping but we soon learned about PEA’s extensive experience and expertise in identifying appropriate payroll solutions for Australian businesses. PEA was instrumental in supporting our RFP document and we took huge learnings from that. They also were able to shortlist the most appropriate vendors for our needs. The success is demonstrated by the appointment of a new vendor based on PEA’s shortlist. It will result in a new system that is compliant and fit for purpose for the Australian legislative landscape.
