Background 

A leading player in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry, with 13,000 employees across 620 sites, faced a pressing challenge: their existing Time & Attendance (T&A) system was outdated and no longer fit for purpose. The business required a mobile-enabled solution to streamline workforce management and ensure compliance with Australian labour regulations across four major restaurant brands.
