An Australian retail company with over 500 employees faced challenges ensuring compliance in its payroll processes.   • Risk Assessment:

    An in-depth analysis was conducted to pinpoint areas where operational or financial risks were highest.

    Subject Matter Experts were involved in determining weak spots in processes, systems, or personnel that could contribute to compliance breaches. 

We also facilitated training sessions, enabling the client’s teams to continue using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) tools for ongoing process improvements.
